Children

Each week we have Sunday School for all ages. We also have a special Children's Sermon before the main teaching and Children's church for any who choose to leave the sanctuary during the main sermon. 

The Children's Sermon and Children's Church often coincide with the "adult" teaching including a teaching, crafts, games and snack. 

We also hold Vacation Bible School annually in the four days that follow Memorial Day. For an unincorporated town of 25 people, we have between 45-60 children who attend VBS. This year our theme was Answers in Genesis: The Great Jungle Journey.

Parents rotate for Children's Church. Pastor Kelly and/or Children's Ministry leader, Erika Mertens, prepare the lessons for Children's Church making it easier for volunteers to step in each week.
